Overview

Raspberry Applesauce Mold 1 cup applesauce 1 (3-oz.) package raspberry gelatin 1 (10-oz.) container frozen raspberries Heat applesauce in a small saucepan. Remove from stove. Sprinkle dry gelatin over applesauce and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour hot mixture over frozen berries and stir until berries are thawed. Place mixture in a small mold or in a bowl. Refrigerate until set. This recipe may be doubled or tripled, depending on the size of mold or on the number being served. Sets up fast, so is a good last minute dish.
