Fantasy Fudge 3/4 cup (l/2 sticks) butter 3 cups sugar 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 pkg. 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, any kind of chips can work 1 jar (7oz.) jet puffed marshmallow creme 1 cup chopped nuts (optional) 1 tsp. vanilla This recipe cooks via microwave Lightly grease 13x9 inch pan. Microwave butter in 4qt bowl 1 minute till melt Add sugar and milk, mix well! Microwave on high 3 minutes--stir Microwave on high 2 mintues--stir Microwave on high 3 minutes--stir Microwave on high 2.5 minutes--stir Gradually stir in chips until melted Add remaining ingredients, mix well (marshmallow creme, vanilla, nuts) Pour into prepared pan Cool at room temperature Cut into squares Makes 3 lbs.
