Overview
Andrew's Hashbrown Recipe Boil potatoes for 20 minutes or so (for the big russet). A little soft but not mushy. No peeling. Wait for 30-50 minutes (until potato isn't hot anymore) Put oil in a pan and set to medium-high Shred potatoes and place in hot pan Wait until the bottom is golden then flip Add cheese (last 3 minutes) or bacon or onions if you'd like.
