Nutritional Yeast Cheese [use with enchiladas.txt and enchilada-sauce.txt recipes] 1 cup nutritional yeast 1/3 cup white flour 1-1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cup water 1/4 - 1/2 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoon mustard Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan Gradually add water, stirring with a whisk making a smooth paste Then thinning with remaining water. Place on heat and stir constantly until it thickens and bubbles. Let it bubble for 30 seconds and remove from heat and add butter and mustard. Use immediately as it thickens as it cools. Add a little water to thin if necessary
