Crock Pot Pot Roast 1 packages (lb each) of Pot Roast from Trader Joes (fully cooked) 2/3 lb Carrots 1 Onion 4-6 Celery stalks 4 yellow Potatoes 2 cans (small) cream of chicken soup 1 can beef stock Add to crock pot: 1 layer of carrots, celery, potatoes, onion Add meat on top Pour in 2 can of cream of chicken soup Pour in 1 cans of beef stock. Set crock pot to low (8 hours) Stir occasionally
