Enchilada Sauce [use with enchiladas.txt and nutritional-yeast-cheese.txt recipes] 2 cup tomato sauce 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon chili powder Cayenne pepper to taste Mix all ingredients in saucepan Heat to boiling then simmer for 5 minutes
