John's Rosemary Chicken Recipe Chicken Breast Veggies: Bell Peppers Onions Fresh garlic Fresh Thyme Fresh Rosemary Cut up the veggies Chop thyme and rosemary Mix all the veggies and herbs together with extra virgin olive oil (so it coats all the veggies) Rinse Chicken. Salt and pepper chicken breasts Layer veggies in pan under chicken and on top Stick chicken in pan with skin up 400 degrees, about 45 minutes Drizzle oil on the top before putting in the oven to keep the chicken from burning
