Shepard's Pie (Leisl's "recipe") Ground beef or turkey Onion Gravy packs (2 or 3) Mashed Potatoes (with butter, milk, and salt) Browned meat with onions -- salt & pepper to taste. Drain off fat. Mix in frozen pack of peas and carrots or mixed vegetable. Make a gravy - don't make it too runny. Mix all together in casserole dish with salt and pepper. Then make mashed potatoes (whipped) Put the mashers on top of the meat mixture Bake until it bubbles and slightly brown.
