Cheese Ball [courtesy of Debbie] 16 oz velveeta cheese 8 oz cream cheese 8-10 oz sharp cheddar (shredded) 1 cube butter ~2 handfulls (3-4 tablespoon) of onion (+/- depends how you like it to taste) - very finely chopped Use a fork to stir velveeta, cream, butter until smooth (works best when everything is room temp) (No mixer) It is easiest to stir for a bit, then let it sit for a while, then stir it again Then put in onion and mix it in. Put in shredded cheese - not smooth, chunks of sharp cheese Mix until all mixed up Put in fridge for half hour Then roll the cheese into a ball Then back into fridge for another half hour Roll in finely chopped wallnuts (~ 1/2 to 1cup)
