Thai Peanut Stir-Fry Satay sauce adds a luxurious touch to a fast and easy meal. 2 cloves garlic, finely minced 4 Tbs. vegetable oil (for stir-frying) 8 oz. beef, sliced 1/4 cup sliced bamboo shoots, rinsed and drained 1 green zucchini, sliced 1 red bell pepper, sliced 2 Tbs. Thai Kitchen Premium Fish Sauce 4 Tbs. Thai Kitchen Peanut Satay Sauce (Original Recipe or Spicy) In a large wok or skillet, saute garlic in vegetable oil over medium heat until the garlic is golden brown. Add the beef and stir-fry for 5-10 minutes. Add the bamboo shoots, zucchini, bell pepper, fish sauce and peanut satay sauce and stir-fry for another 5-10 minutes. Serves 2. Soak bamboo in water and salt for 20 minutes to minimize the can taste.
