Overview

Miki Noodle Stir Fry (Miki Noodles bought from Uwajiyama from the Wan Hua Food Inc in Seattle) (Serves 4-6) 2lbs Wan Hua Miki Noodles 1/2 lb sliced pork (I used chicken) 1/2 lb bean sprouts 1/2 cup chicken stock 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 tbls cornstarch 2 tbls soy sauce Coat pork strips with cornstach Heat oil in a skillet and stir fry pork until done Add bean sporouts, soy sauce, and chicken stock In a separate skillet, heat remaining oil Stir fry Miki Noodles until hot Add meat-vegetable mixture to Miki Noodles Additions: The recipe just says bean sprouts...but I just used a random assortment of veggies. Brocolli, snow peas, asparagus, onion, sprouts, etc
