Ingredients

Scale:
  • 1 lb thin sliced meat: short rib, or any other "hot pot sliced beef". Can ask butcher to slice it very thin.
  • 1 Onion
  • Flour Tortillas
  • 1/4 cup light sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mirin
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger (slightly less)
  • 1/2 asian pear (optional)
  • 1 can large pineapple big chunks

Instructions

Slice up meat into bite size slices. Separate meat into tall sided container with sauce. Marinate meat overnight in sauce. Fry in pan to cook each piece. Fry up uncooked tortilla Serve, "build your own"
