Peanut Butter Cookies Jennifer's Recipe 1 C brown sugar 1 C white sugar 1 C shortening (I use margarine) 2 eggs 1 C peanut butter 3 C flour 1 tsp baking soda Mix/cream shortening and sugars Mix eggs into sugar/shortening Mix flour and soda together Alternate adding the peanut butter and flour. Chill for 1 hour. Roll into small balls and flatten with a fork. (Can be rolled in crushed nuts.) Bake in moderate oven. (I use 375) for 8-10 minutes.
