Ham Lentil Soup Ham Lentils Chicken Broth Onions Celery Carrots Rinsed package of lentils boiled in chicken broth (as much as you like). Rough chopped onions, celery, carrots (put half of veggies in at first) w/ a little ham for flavor. Use the immersion blender to blend the lentils up w/ the vegetables. Put the rest of the veges and ham in for the chunks and cooked for long time. Added a splash of vinegar to cut the thickness at the end.
