Chicken Soup (submitted by Ian) Chicken Stock Buy a Whole roasted chicken Take meat off Put in water so it covers the bones 2-3 Cloves 1 Bayleaf Basil Pepper Salt Simmer on low (barely boiling) for 1.5-2 hrs Chicken Soup Drain bones and keep liquid Add potatoes, celery, carrots Cook for 1/2 hr to 1 hr or until veggies done Add brocolli, mushrooms, cauliflower at end (cook 10 min or so)
