Overview

Bolognese 1.5 large onion 1lb carrots 4 cloves garlic 1 bunch celery 1lb bacon 1lb ground veal 1lb ground beef 1lb ground sausage Put all the veggies in a food processor and chop (set aside) Saute bacon in pressure cooker Add veggies Add meat Season with spices: rosemary, thyme, oregano (about a teaspoon each) 2 cans diced tomatoes 1 can tomato paste 20 min high Release 10 min Remove liquids, fat (do not put down drain) Add 1.5 cup wine 3 min pressure Release 5 min Stir 1 cup milk Taste and season
